引数

• building : ビルディング名の文字列
• story : ストーリー名の文字列

戻り値

現在の図面が、指定されたストーリーの建物を含んでいる場合は T、そうでない場合は NIL

memo

• 建物名とストーリー名は、常に大文字と小文字を区別する！
