- idx : 削除するアイテムのインデックス値。
- lst : リスト
- 戻り値
- 位置 'idx' の項目がないリストを返す。
- 'idx' がリストにない場合は、変更されていないリスト 'lst'が返る。
- 'idx' が負の値、または 'lst'に含まれる項目が少ない場合、何も削除されない。
