- グレーディング TinGrading エンティティで使用される cutSlope 切断勾配値を割り当てる。
- 引数

- grading ： TinGrading のエンティティ名（ename または vla-object）。
- cutslope： 割り当てられるカット勾配の角度（ラジアン）。
- 戻り値
- 設定成功なら T それ以外は NIL
