- 機能
- format で与えられたラジアン値の傾きを勾配値に変換する。
- 引数

- format ： 傾斜値の形式を指定する整数。（bcTinSlopeRiseRun = 0, bcTinSlopeDegrees = 1, bcTinSlopePercent = 2, bcTinSlopeRadians = 3）
- slope ： 勾配に変換されるラジアン値
- 戻り値
- ラジアン値 or NIL
