構文: (Tin:getminorcontourscolor tinEname index)

機能: tinEname TinSurface エンティティの小輪郭線のカラーインデックスを返す。

引数

tinEname : 問い合わせる TinSurface エンティティの ename または vla-object
index : 0 から 225 のカラーインデックスの整数

戻り値: (0...255）小輪郭線の色インデックス．
