- 機能
- tinEname TinSurfaceエンティティに対して、points と elevType を使用した type のブレークライン制約を作成する。
- 引数

- tinEname : TinSurface エンティティのename または VLAオブジェクト。
- type : 作成されるブレークライン制約のタイプ (0 ＝ bcTinBreaklineNomal, １ ＝ bcTinNonDestructive)
- points : ブレイクラインの輪郭を定義する点のリスト。
- elevType : ブレークライン制約のための標高タイプの整数。(1＝bcTinElevationMin , 2＝bcTinElevationMax, 3＝bcTinElevationMid )
- 戻り値
- ID識別子(integer)。失敗した場合は NIL。
